How it Works
To ensure a seamless installation of your yard card display, please send us a picture of the specific location in your yard where you would like it to be installed. If you are unable to provide a picture, please provide detailed instructions regarding the desired area for set-up. In the absence of any picture or specific instructions, we will use our expertise to determine the best placement for the display.
In the event that you wish to change the location of the display after it has been installed, a $25 charge will be required to cover the costs of returning, uninstalling, and re-installing the display.
No persons other than employees of Yard Card Party at the Beach may remove and/or relocate the display. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
We strive to accommodate your color and theme preferences to the best of our ability. However, please note that the availability of specific colors and themes may vary, and we cannot guarantee their exact availability for your yard card display. Rest assured, we are committed to delivering a visually appealing and impressive display for your special occasion. Our mission is to provide you with a great-looking yard card display that adds joy and celebration to your event.
To facilitate the smooth pick-up process, please note that the scheduled pick-up time for your yard card display will be on the day following your celebration. The specific time slot for pick-up may vary depending on our daily schedule. We aim to accommodate a convenient window for you, with pick-ups possible as early as 6:00 AM or as late as 10:00 PM. Rest assured, we will communicate with you to finalize the exact pick-up time once it has been determined. Thank you for your understanding and flexibility as we work to efficiently manage our schedule while ensuring a prompt and seamless retrieval of the yard card display.
If adverse weather conditions prevent us from delivering or setting up your display, we have contingency plans in place. Our first course of action will be to attempt rescheduling the delivery and set-up to a more suitable time. However, if rescheduling is not feasible or desired, we will gladly provide you with a full refund. Your satisfaction and convenience are our top priorities, and we understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. Rest assured that we will work closely with you to find the best solution that meets your needs. Thank you for entrusting Yard Card Party at the Beach with your celebration, and we appreciate your understanding in case of inclement weather affecting our services.
To ensure the safety of everyone involved, we kindly request that no one plays on or around the yard card display. While we hope you and your loved ones enjoy taking memorable pictures next to our signs, we ask that you refrain from sitting on, standing on, removing, relocating, tying balloons or streamers to, or playing on our signs. Please remember that these signs are rental items and remain the property of Yard Card Party at the Beach. As the renter, you are responsible for any loss or damage incurred to our signs during the rental period, at a cost of $20 per item.
For optimal display setup, we kindly ask that you water your lawn the evening before or on the morning of the setup date, as needed based on the season. Adequate watering assists us in creating a visually appealing display in a timely manner. In the event that the ground is not adequately prepared (not properly watered) and our signs/stakes are unable to penetrate the ground effectively, the sign will not be set up, and a refund will be issued, minus a $20 travel fee. If a pencil can easily penetrate the ground, our signs will be able to as well!
Please ensure that your lawn is mowed before our arrival. If you have a lawn care service, please arrange for their visit prior to the yard card installation. Lawn equipment can cause damage to our signs. In the event of damage to the display due to mowing, you are responsible for replacing each damaged item at a cost of $20 per item.
By utilizing the services of Yard Card Party at the Beach, you agree to allow us to publish photos of your yard card display for advertising purposes on our website, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms.
Yard Card Party at the Beach and its representatives are not liable for any injuries or damages that may occur to any person or personal property during the setup or removal of any rental.
We reserve the right to refuse service as needed to protect the safety of our workers and our signs. While we strive to accommodate your creative requests, we kindly ask that you keep them clean and respectful, as our mission is to spread joy!
We require a minimum notice of 3 days to cancel your yard card rental and receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 3 days of the reserved date will be eligible for a 50% refund or a full credit that can be used towards reserving another date.
It's important to understand that certain circumstances are non-refundable. We cannot issue a refund in the following situations: if you provide us with an incorrect recipient address, if the recipient requests the removal of the display, or if we encounter dangerous animals or an unsafe environment that prevents us from setting up the display safely.

*Pricing includes delivery, setup and removal. Delivery is within a 30-minute radius of the Myrtle Beach area. If you are outside of this area, please contact us as we may be able to accommodate and may require an additional delivery fee.
